Return and Refund Policy


At Tempus, we want you to feel fully confident when purchasing from us.
If something isn’t right, our team will assist you through a simple and transparent return or replacement process.

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, refund or store credit, the product must:

• Be in its original condition
• Show no signs of use
• Have all protective plastics intact

Watches with removed or re applied plastics are considered used and will not qualify for return or exchange.

Returned products must also include a clear reference to the order number. If the order number is missing, we cannot guarantee acceptance of the return.


Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

Returns based on dissatisfaction (without defect or damage) can be made within the first 14 days after delivery, in accordance with Article 10 of Decree Law No. 24/2014.


Returns Without Defect

If the return request is not related to a manufacturing defect or fault, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The watch must be sent back using a tracked and secure shipping method. This is mandatory for the safety of both parties and to ensure the return can be properly received and verified.

Tempus is not responsible for returns sent without tracking or for parcels lost in transit.

Once the returned watch is received and inspected, the refund will be processed accordingly.


Custom Made Products

Products created using our Creator tool are non returnable and non exchangeable, as they are made specifically to each customer’s request. This follows Article 17(1)(c) of Decree Law No. 24/2014, which excludes custom built items from the right of withdrawal.

All watches are customized based on the main product photo, which serves as the reference for the final build. Any variations seen in secondary images such as strap types, bezels or magnifiers are illustrative only. If specific custom details are desired, they must be requested at the time of purchase, as post order changes are not eligible for free modifications or replacements.


Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may proceed with a return once it arrives, following the conditions outlined in this policy.
